Freed-Hardeman University Amateur Radio Club meets ever third Thursday
7:00-9:00pm.

The Gardner Center is the main building with the flags in front and the
tower on the roof. The meeting room is on the first floor just down the
hallway on the left, as you enter the building. |

In that the club will be somewhat in "limbo" regarding next weeks
meeting, Martha and I have decided to have it here on our carport as we
have done it in the past at 6:00 PM.
I'll get some tables and chairs from the church building, buy some
hamburger, hot dogs (no bratwurst this time), buns, chips, drinks and
etc. I DO NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HOW MANY WILL BE HERE. If you can come and
bring your spouse, children or friends, let me know how many will be
with you. I'll be gone this week end, but will be back on Monday. Make
your plans to come. We always have a good time. If the weather doesn't
co-operate, we can all come into the house. We are used to crowds inside
when our entire family is here, so it won't bother us.

Our Mission…
The mission of the Freed-Hardeman University
Amateur Radio Club (FHUARC) is five-fold:
1. To promote Amateur Radio in the local community both on
and off campus.
2. To instill an on-going interest in the Amateur Radio Hobby
among existing operators and to expand that interest to
potential Amateurs.
3. To serve the Local, State, and Federal Agencies by providing
emergency communications equipment and operations during times
of need.
4. To offer and provide service and support to all Amateur Radio
operators and Amateur Radio clubs in the Southwest Tennessee
area.
5. To generate an interest in the exploration and implementation
of new technologies and opportunities in the Physics,
Electronics, and Communication Fields.
The FHUARC desires to accomplish the above stated mission,
while, at the same time, enjoying, and benefiting from, the
company of fellow Amateurs both within and outside of our
organization.
