Hello Hams:

 

We enjoyed a great turnout of community and out-of-town guests at the
Storm Spotter Training Class this past Tuesday night.  There were 37
people present.  However, we only had 4 club members there.  This was a
shame since we were the hosting organization.

 

Since this was our club meeting/activity for November and we only had 4
members present, I didn't get the opportunity to poll the members about
our club Christmas party this year.  So, I will make the effort to get
discussion started online via e-mail.

 

My only suggestion would be to once again hold the club party in the
private dining room at Arnold's.  However, I am opening this up for
suggestions and other options.  A possible date would be Thursday night,
Dec 18, our regular club meeting night.  But, we can hold it earlier in
the month if necessary.  

 

Please reply to the list serve with your comments and ideas and I will
go with the majority and make the proper arrangements.  I hope each of
you has a happy and enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday next week with family
and friends!  Beverly and I wish each one a safe travel week if you are
going to be mobile.
