[W4FHU] Found Radio..

Now for something really strange to make your day!  
 I was going through my truck and found a radio, Kenwood TR-8300.  I have no
idea who it belongs too or what I'm doing with it. The 8300 is crystal
controlled UHF radio with no PL, so has very limited value.  So I have to
ask, did someone give to me to fix or just give it to for parts or door
stop?  It has W7LHN engraved in the back of the radio, but a quick check on
QRZ show no such call.  So I have to ask, does anyone know where this radio
came from or is there an APB out for its return?  I guess I'm just getting
too old and have no recollection of having this radio. At least that's my
story!
